Registration 2011-2012

      Dear Parents:

          Thank you for your interest in West Side Christian Church’s Preschool and Kindergarten. The 2011-12 school year will be the schools 35^th year of operation. We are very proud of the way our school has grown with your support and care.

          Programs being offered:

Ø Kindergarten                    M-F

Ø Four-year-old five day      M-F

Ø Four-year-old three day    M-W-F

Ø Three-year-old three day   M-W-F or M-T-Th

Ø Pre-three two days          T-Th or W-F

Kindergarten hours are from 9 to 1:30 p.m.  All other classes are from 9 to 12 p.m. We offer two after school programs; Lunch Bunch (by the hour) and Extended Day until 2:30 p.m.

          We need to have at least 6 students enrolled to offer a class. If you or anyone you know is interested in our school, please pass on this information. Students need to be either 5, 4, 3 or 2 ½ years of age by September 30^th for placement in their respective classes.

The registration fee for 2011-12 school year is as follows:

Kindergarten-$120.00

Preschool-$75.00 for 1^st child; $65.00 for each additional child

This is a non-refundable fee due at the time of registration.

          Attached you will find the enrollment and medical release forms. To ensure your child’s enrollment in preschool or kindergarten please complete the forms and return them (with the deposit) to Donna Nutting. Once again, thank you for your interest in our school.
